Irv Ramirez serves as Senior Vice President of the Enterprise & Cyber group, which is focused on providing enterprise technology support services and cyber solutions to Peerless’ government customers. He brings more than 30 years of experience in program management, business development and business operations in both DoD and Federal Government applications.

Ramirez has a proven track record of planning, directing, and controlling multiple information technology contracts, including software development and integration, software operations and maintenance, data warehousing and business intelligence, project management, and business systems functional support. He previously held positions as Vice President and Division Manager at CACI International, and received CACI’s Admiral Thomas H. Moorer Award for lasting contributions to the company. Ramirez also holds numerous other capture, sales, and operational excellence awards.

Ramirez holds a B.S. in Computer and Information Science from The Ohio State University, along with certifications in Strategic Innovation and Finance from Dartmouth College. He is based in Ohio.
