Julie Clark serves as the Business Analytics Group SVP reporting to the President. She is responsible for implementing and executing the strategic plan of the company, including developing, capturing, and executing business opportunities throughout the DoD. She led the successful capture of the GSA OASIS Small Business MA-IDIQ vehicle in Pools 3 and 6 resulting in over $175M in awards to date. She created Peerless’ first Mentor-Protégé (with Peerless as Mentor) Joint Venture to a local 8(a) SDVOSB. Ms. Clark has over 32 years of demonstrated experience and expertise in various management disciplines supporting customers across the DoD.
Over her career, Ms. Clark has been responsible for the growth and operations of a broad portfolio of customers responsible for the information technology/information security and modernization/sustainment of military systems including:
Ms. Clark received the Presidential Award of Distinction from Robbins-Gioia in 2011 for 25 years of distinguished service and experience, one of only ten employees in the history of the company to achieve that award. She received her Program Management Professional certification in 1996. She is a charter member of the NDIA’s Ohio Chapter of the Women in Defense. Ms. Clark received her B.S. degree from Miami University in 1985.
