Peerless provides unmatched command, control, communications, and computer (C4) capabilities to our Federal Government clients. We add our demonstrated C4 capabilities to the core competencies of intelligence, surveillance, and reconnaissance (ISR) support.
We use our C4ISR expertise to help our partners function more effectively. Peerless provides network-centric solutions that include ISR planning and execution, data analysis and fusion, software applet and application development, and sensor technologies.
Peerless has developed Airborne Hyper Spectral Imagery (HSI) Command, Control, Communications, Computers and Intelligence (C4I) Support Plans (C4ISP) for new or proposed collection systems and other evolving technologies. We also have experience in Service-based ISR Product Automation and Dissemination, which includes Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) development, metadata analysis, risk analysis, business analytics, and use of exploitation tools.
Peerless’ ISR Team consists of Senior Vice President Kurt Harendza (Innovation and Research Group) and Senior Partner Fran O’Connor. This dynamic team leads the development of Peerless’ solutions for Intel and cyber-based requirements.
Peerless is a member of an Advanced Technology Exploitation Program (ATEP) team supporting the National Air and Space Intelligence Center (NASIC). We support our DoD and DHS partners with focused, performance-driven ISR solutions designed to translate an information advantage, enabled in part by information technology, into a competitive warfighting and counter-terrorism advantage.
