David Hurlburt
VP, Peerless Innovation Center
David Hurlburt serves as Vice President of the Technology & Solutions group, which is tasked with expanding Peerless’ reach into advanced research and engineering programs, as well as overseeing ongoing work supporting the Air Force Nuclear Weapons Center, the Air Force Small Business Innovation Research/Small Business Technology Transfer program and more.
Before coming to Peerless, Hurlburt served more than 10 years at Leidos, where he oversaw engineering and R&D programs for AFRL, the Air Force Life Cycle Management Center, DARPA and other agencies. He has also worked for other IT, defense, and engineering companies.
Hurlburt holds an M.S. in Nuclear Engineering & Physics from North Carolina State University and a B.S.E. in Nuclear Engineering from the University of Michigan. He is based in Ohio.
