Bob Goodman serves as Chief Performance Officer, leading Peerless’ Human Capital, Security, IT and Quality activities. He is also a vital part of the process to expand Peerless into new markets. Goodman has more than 20 years of combined business experience in the defense contracting, banking, and IT industries. He has specific expertise in defense recruiting, talent acquisition, sourcing, business intelligence, proposal development, process development, leadership, and corporate negotiations.
Goodman holds a B.S. in Business from Wright State University and a master’s degree in Business Administration and Human Resource Management from Central Michigan University. He is a member of Dayton Area Recruiting Alliance and has served on advisory boards for numerous organizations.
