Vice President, Contracts & Pricing

Mindy Helligrath serves as Vice President of Contracts & Pricing, overseeing a team responsible for contract administration, purchasing, pricing and project control. She brings more than 20 years’ experience in contract management, program control and support, human resources and change management for the government and the private sector.

As a contracts professional, Helligrath has managed contracts for the Department of Defense, Air Force, Army, Navy, the National Institutes of Health, the General Services Administration, the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases, as well as commercial contracts. She is deeply experienced in contract and pricing management throughout a project’s life cycle, including rate negotiations, profit analysis, risk mitigation, deliverables, subcontractor management, purchasing and closeouts.

Helligrath holds a B.S. in Business Administration and Management from Park University and is a Certified Federal Contracts Manager (CFCM). In 2018, she was elected as a Fellow in the National Contract Management Association in recognition of her significant contributions to the contracting field and to the NCMA.
