Richard Rowland

Chief Architect

As Chief Architect, Richard provides vision, strategy, and guidance for designing and implementing complex technical solutions for both our customers and internal R&D efforts.

 
Richard has supported Department of Defense projects for over 30 years, spending much of his career as a Systems Engineer working with electronic warfare systems and performing EW modeling, simulation & analysis. 

Richard was part of the team that worked with the Army to define and architect their Integration Electronic Warfare Suite, included determining the requirements for Multi-function EW and developing the original specification for EWPMT. He also has led or supported work on several EW systems including the Angry Kitten Combat Pod, Zealous Tiger, VADR, the MIRAGE Pod, and the EW Processor for the MH-53M helicopter.  

He earned a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from the University of Dayton, as well as a Master of Science in Systems Engineering from Georgia Tech.
