Peerless Technologies Corporation has expanded the role and responsibilities of Don Spain, Vice President, Operations. Along with becoming part of the Executive Leadership Team, Spain – who joined Peerless in 2018 – will take on additional business development, operations, and profit center responsibilities as a Group Manager, said Peerless President Andrea Kunk.
“Don has significantly grown our portfolio of contracts, winning work for both Peerless and SierTeK-Peerless Joint Venture, particularly efforts serving the Air Force Global Strike Command,” Kunk said. “As Peerless continues to expand, Don’s expertise is a valuable asset to the team.”
Spain served as director of Peerless’ Omaha office before being promoted to Vice President in April 2021. In his time at Peerless, Spain has been instrumental in expanding Peerless’ portfolio of programs, including supporting the Standoff Munitions Application Center and 608th Air Operations Center, both at Barksdale AFB, LA.
Based in Bellevue, NE, near Offutt AFB, Spain also oversees other Air Force Global Strike Command contracts as well as Air Mobility Command contracts, with positions at 13 bases in 12 states. Earlier this year, SierTeK-Peerless JV was awarded back-to-back wins to support Bomber Squadron Operations, as well as new work supporting efforts for the nation’s ICBM force. Both winning efforts were led by Spain.
