We support activities to increase small business participation and technology transition to the Warfighter and commercial sector.

This awards-based program helps small businesses grow technological innovation and provides incentives for commercialization of new technologies.

Peerless has proven performance supporting the SBIR/STTR/CRP program since 2012. We have approved Accounting and Purchasing systems and can support Agency-Specific contract vehicles.

Peerless played a pivotal role in helping AFVentures — a Division of AFWERX — develop, standup, execute, and track/measure the results of two new Phase II supplemental programs, attracting more than 160 funding request packages from AF SBIR/STTR companies totaling more than $175M.

Peerless proactively created a solicitation management tool and process that provided customers with a simplified, user-friendly form for topic development and submission, making the process efficient and repeatable, while significantly shortening the topic generation phase.

Peerless used multiple tools to perform data pulls that captured, organized, stored, and evaluated critical information from 6,445 SBIR/STTR proposals to support essential activities, including development and submission of the program’s mandatory Annual Report.

Peerless participated in each leg of the SBA-sponsored SBIR Road Tour, which informs, educates, and encourages innovators in historically underutilized communities to participate in the program. The tour visited 20 underserved states, drawing 760 businesses.
